Current position: Advisory board member at Community Development Institute – Macedonia
Kiril Ristoski, MBA, at this moment works as business consultant and most of the time is dedicated to young people interested to realize there business ideas.
As a previous employee and current member of Advisory board at the Community Development Institute – Tetovo (www.irz.org.mk) for more than 7 years, he has been involved in educational activities providing support for the citizens living in rural areas, to establish their businesses and to help them to apply new methods and use new approach in design of their products.
Kiril Ristoski has previous experience and background in banking sector and projects for support and development of small and medium enterprises. He has been involved as a trainer on various EU funded programs, providing consultancy and training to the civil society organizations, managers in micro, small and medium enterprises, individual agro producers and other target groups.
Kiril Ristoski at this moment works as consultant for CDI on EU founded project for social inclusion providing training for prisoners to help them to increase their knowledge and skills in agriculture and horticulture.
